Large commercial bin been here for 1 month. COMMERCIAL WASTE bin so does not belong to this residential road. Was dumped full, never once been emptied or moved. It is encouraging people passing by to dump their rubbish on top or next to the bin. It is enticing flies and may entice rodents during the hot weather as people are littering alongside the bin.

This needs to be moved as this is a residential street and this is a commercial bin.

1 month and it has not been fixed.
