Multiple dog mess fouling the pavement and attracting large volume of flies.

IF PERMITTED BY BREN COUNCIL, I WILL POWER WASH THE PAVEMENT MYSELF - due to hosepipe ban, I'm concerned that doing so without authorisation will breach the ban. I'm the owner/resident of No 94 Melrose Avenue.
