Location of fly-tipping: Nw10 2px, by Willesden Post office post box.

Date and time it occurred: Wednesday, 8th July 2026. Noise heard at approximately 11:00 PM

Description of dumped items: Chest of wooden drawers.

Additional details: I am writing to formally report a historical fly-tipping incident for enforcement and fining purposes. On Wednesday, 8th July 2026, at approximately 11:00 PM, I heard the illegal dumping taking place. At 5:28 AM the following morning, I took photographic evidence of the dumped furniture before it was subsequently collected later that same day. I have clear, time-stamped photographs of the fly-tipped items in situ. I am willing to provide these images to a council enforcement officer to assist with your investigation and ensure a Fixed Penalty Notice is issued to the perpetrator. Please contact me to collect the photo evidence.
