The entire length of the grass verge from Elmcroft Gdns to Leybourne Road is very overgrown. This is now a fire risk with the extremely dry weather conditions. We fear that it will just take a discarded cigarette to cause a huge fire, and the adjacent trees will catch light, and adjacent houses will be at a HUGE risk of catching fire and causing devastation!
