Next to bins for Mason Court

I have seen a neighbour put one bed here and then two days ago I saw the same neighbour get a delivery of 2 new beds and now today there is two old beds outside as well as the previous one. I believe it to be them. As well as this, there is a sofa, a mattress, a cupboard, hoover, suitcase and many other items. I believe people are now adding to it as that’s what tends to happen with fly tipping. It is an eyesore and also a breeding ground for rats, especially in this heat. I have reported this last week and nothing got done about it. It is now three times worse and I need something done asap. It is disgusting to see this outside my house everyday.
