Junction between Forty lane and Asda entrance

Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9881591.

The manhole cover is not stable and makes a lots of noise every time a car goes over it 24/7 the noise is unbearable. I can't sleep which make my health worse. could you please fixe it ASAP
