I am reporting that along Roe Lane in the village a conservation area and along Scudamore Lane there is regularly a lot of dog mess. I think it's the same person or few people. I have seen a man and his dog coming along outside my property 82 Roe Lane at 5.20am in the morning, this has been seen several days. I am not sure if it's this person. More widely there's a huge amount of dog mess along Roe Lane and Scudamore lane, can we get CCTV or some help with this. I went to Japan recently saw no dog mess and returning it was even more obvious what a problem this is.

Today is 8th July, I left for work at 6.30am and there was a huge amount of mess outside our property in the middle of the road. This will be run over by cars, spread around or stepped on by people. Normally it's on the pavement.

The man and dog I have seen is a little white dog and a man around 30-40 with dark brown hair.

I am not sure if this is the only culprit but there is a serious issue.

Can we get some signs up reminding people about it being illegal and they could get fined. They seem to do this without any thought.
