Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9723855.

It's not a skip but a car wreck jutting out onto the pavement blocking the pathway.This wreck has been there for a good couple of years please could you pass this issue on to the relative department of possible. Thank you.
