I am writing to provide an urgent update regarding the drainage blockage at the corner of Hassop Road.

Following your recent inspection, the situation has worsened due to the current rainfall. The blocked drainage is causing water to back up and flow towards our property, creating a risk of flooding and potential damage.

This issue is no longer limited to an unpleasant smell. The blockage is now preventing rainwater from draining properly, and the resulting overflow is directly affecting our property.

Please confirm whether an emergency inspection or temporary measures can be arranged while the Council's assessment is ongoing.

I would also appreciate an update regarding our request as a result of this drainage problem.

I look forward to your urgent response.
