This has been going on for too long. The mess over the whole area is continually covered in pigeon droppings. Either the underneath of the bridge has to be blocked off to stop the pigeons nesting there or the area needs to be thoroughly cleaned at least 3 / 4 times a week. The pigeons will not be harmed they will easily find an alternative place to nest.
