Dear Sir I am writing to report a serious ongoing issue at the 493 Kenton Road, corner property on Cranleigh Gardens (the former Ayuspa premises).

The vacant site is being used for illegal dumping of rubbish. This has resulted in a growing accumulation of waste, which is now creating a significant pedestrian health and safety hazard in the immediate area. In addition, the dumped waste is attracting rats and other vermin, which is causing concern for neighbouring residents.

This situation is deteriorating and poses a clear public health risk as well as an environmental nuisance. I would be grateful if the Council could arrange for the rubbish to be removed as soon as possible and investigate measures to prevent further fly-tipping at this location.
