There are two houses near no 13 that have white dogs and the owners let them roam free in the mornings.

There are little white dogs that are allowed to roam the street freely, this then means the dogs are free to go and leave poo everywhere and the owners are not cleaning up after them. I am getting tired of this happening near or on my property. Please can this be looked into so that this does not continue to happen. The dogs are normally let out in the morning at around 6-7 am in the Morning. The owners are not approachable otherwise I would go and speak to them myself.
