Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9482742.

Missing cover for roadside gully - H&S concern. There appears to be makeshift cones put in place but this is not logged previously on FMS. The cones in place are blocking the vehicle crossing access for no 157. Please can this be looked into. O/s 157 Harlesden Road
