Neighbour came out to put his blue bin out and was making a noise. I got up to see what the noise was and I saw him place 3 items on the tree pit approx 08:20 4.5.2026

I went out and took a photo.

He is always fly tipping and I have spoken to him about it.

I also have video evidence of me confronting him over it and other fly tipping incidents that he has done in the past.

I am willing to share.
