On Basing Hill pavement at junction with 51 Barn Way alongside rear garden fencing

The trees from rear garden of 51 Barn Way are overhanging on Basing Hill and there are broken branches/ twigs at exactly eye level causing a hazard for passersby - probably broken off by other passersby. I got a stump in the eye as it wasn't obvious walking head on into the protrusion.
