Its a plot of land boarded at the front with adoor. the boards have been fallaing / leaning on the pavement. Earlier today somene has come and what they thought have fixed the problem. But what they have done is put a number of wooden planks ON THE PAVEMENT to straighten the boards. The planks are dangerously blocking the pavement. No wheelchair / pushchair access, its been blocked. Even pedestrians have to walk on the grass around the planks
