Issue type: Road surface defect causing vibration

There is an ongoing issue with the road surface outside 328–332 Stag Lane causing noticeable vibrations when vehicles pass.

This problem was previously reported and existed before recent gas works, however it has persisted and appears to have worsened following those works. The road surface is uneven in places, and vehicles passing over it are generating repeated tremors.

These vibrations are clearly felt inside nearby homes. In my property (No. 328), they are causing internal rattling (e.g. kitchen doors shaking) whenever traffic passes.

This issue:

* Is frequent and ongoing * Is disturbing residents, including at night * Has been present over time and not resolved * Raises concern about potential longer-term impact if not addressed

This suggests there may be an underlying road surface defect or inadequate reinstatement following utility works.

Please arrange an inspection and carry out any necessary remedial works to resolve the vibration issue.
