    I reported this issue at 19:44 on 13 April 2026. Although a cleaner attended on 14 April and the job was marked as completed at 15:39, I checked again at 18:35 and the same rubbish (e.g., a paint oil can) remains, particularly behind the sofa. This is the second time I have reported it, partial cleaning is not acceptable. I also note this is not an isolated case but a repeated situation, which raises concerns about the overall quality of the cleaning service. Please ensure the issue is fully resolved in one visit.
