I seen a man in black jacket and checked trousers ( which looked like pyjamas or lounge wear) and flip flops or sliders at just after midnight (13.04.26), carry and single black bag in front of me whilst driving, he came down from Wykeham Hill and join Uxendon Hill.

When I turned from Uxendon Hill into West Hill to join The Avenue I saw the black dumped and the man walking up to Uxendon Crescent towards Preston Road and no longer carrying bag.
