I watched the street cleaner today walk down the entirety of Kenilworth Road which is full of litter (I have many more photos but couldn’t attach them all) without picking a single thing up. Absolutely disgraceful to have a cleaner that doesn’t care about cleaning the neighbourhood he works in.
