Pavement completely blocked by 7 huge smelly overflowing wheelie bins, 3 smaller wheelie bins, a trolley and various items of waste - these items were covering the raised bump paving put in to help blind and partially sighted people.

We had to walk on the road - how would people in wheelchairs or those with children in pushchairs get past here?

Please take some action to stop this happening.
