Reported via mobile in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 17:54, Monday 6 April 2026

Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9247024.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report a damaged section of pavement/road edge that requires attention. There is a noticeable depression at the edge of the pavement which has developed into a muddy hole that collects standing water. This creates a potential hazard for pedestrians and may worsen over time due to poor drainage and ongoing erosion. The issue is at : 100, HA3 9TG As shown in the attached photo, the area appears to have lost its surface layer and underlying support, leading to water accumulation and uneven ground. This poses a risk of slips and may also cause further damage to the surrounding pavement if not addressed. I kindly request that this area be inspected and repaired. A more permanent solution, including proper drainage and resurfacing, would likely prevent the issue from recurring. Please let me know if any further information is required. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  • This problem has now been inspected. Limited Council resources mean that it is not possible to repair each and every defect, and we have to prioritise cases that pose the most risk to the public so a further assessment by officers is required. We hope to make a decision on this repair within the next 14 days and provide a further update. If this defect is selected for repair, our contractor will have a further 28 days to carry out the work

Thank you for taking the time to report this defect and helping keep Brent a safer, more accessible place to live.
