This commercial bin has been put Infront or near our property for the last month or more. The bin often contains fish boxes and other commercial waste. The bin containing offensive waste is usual overflowing and the rubbish blows into our garden. This is extremely anti social and very unpleasant. The bin an obstruction and should not be placed in front of a residential home, but in front of the commercial property disposing of the waste. Please could this issue be resolved.
