A caravan has been continuously kept on this street for over 5 years and is causing a clear obstruction and safety risk.

It is only moved slightly every few months to avoid enforcement but remains permanently on the road. This restricts visibility for drivers and poses a hazard to road users.

This is not a caravan park, and the vehicle is being stored on the public highway long-term.

Please investigate urgently and take appropriate enforcement action.
