I have been reporting the damage to the pavement in front 0f my house for the last three years. Now I realise the reason for not completing the job.

This is that you have found that you can squeeze more money from an old age pensioner.

I just heard that the exhaust pipe in my friend's car was damaged whilst turning into my compound due to the pavement having subsided and appear to be subsiding further and further he will have to get his car repaired and In will have to foot this bill.

Yesterday the Ambulance from them Local Hospital came to drop me at home after my visit for chemo theraphy and i forgot to tell him about the driver not to turn into my compound. He accidently turned the van into my compound and once again he damaged the hospital van. I am not sure whether I will have to foot this bill too, but this is getting beyond a joke.

You have no problem in debiting my account every month every month purporting to be for services rendered. But when I need some service I find this is all a con and the service I is not rendered.

If you find it difficult to get this done just authorise me to get the work done privately and claim reimbursement from the Council. Please note that interest will continue to be charged from the time I pay the money and your settlement.
