  • Unfortunately the problem reported is not in a location covered by our Street Cleansing contractor to whom it has been sent, so we have had to close this report.

    You need to direct this to the operator of the station, which I think is London Overground, or in practice Transport for London, or their landlord, Network Rail

    There is no legal obligation on councils to remove graffiti from private property, but Brent go beyond the legal obligations, if it is facing onto public land, which this is not, and they can do it safely, and without causing damage to the substrate. In fact it would be a criminal offence for them to even enter the tracks, as well as being dangerous..

    If you look at green cabinets on the North side of Kenton Road, they are covered in graffiti, because Harrow doesn't go beyond what it is required to do, but those on the South side do get cleaned, if someone reports them.
