Urgent: Dangerous Broken Pavement – Immediate Repair Required Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report an urgent safety hazard regarding a severely damaged section of pavement.

Earlier today, I witnessed a very concerning incident where a mother with a pram nearly lost control due to the badly broken pavement. The pram almost toppled, and a 10-month-old baby came extremely close to falling face-first onto the ground. Thankfully, the child was securely strapped in and the mother managed to stabilise the pram in time, avoiding what could have been a serious injury.

This situation could easily have resulted in a major accident, and it highlights how dangerous the current condition of the pavement is for pedestrians—especially those with prams, wheelchairs, or mobility issues. I strongly urge you to treat this as a matter of urgency and arrange for repairs as soon as possible to prevent potential harm. Please confirm when this issue will be addressed.
