On Tuesday 24th March at 16.17pm My mother fell over with her walker, and hurt her left side of her body, my mother suffers from arthritis and with the evidence of photos , I have video footage aswell . This footpath has been like this for so many years , but has got worst. Please Could you kindly have an inspection done as soon as possible because my elderly mother would find it very difficult because her confidence has been shaken . Thank you for finding time to read this .

This problem has been received by our Highways Team. We plan to inspect within 20 days and provide an update.

This problem has now been inspected. Limited Council resources mean that it is not possible to repair each and every defect, and we have to prioritise cases that pose the most risk to the public so a further assessment by officers is required. We hope to make a decision on this repair within the next 14 days and provide a further update. If this defect is selected for repair, our contractor will have a further 28 days to carry out the work
