Urgent: Ongoing water leak causing pavement failure – unsafe repair

The pavement has been resurfaced, however the underlying issue (likely a water leak or burst pipe) has not been resolved. The ground remains wet and unstable, and the area is already starting to fail again. This creates a recurring trip hazard and potential subsidence risk. Could you please confirm whether this has been referred to the relevant utility, as the root cause clearly remains unresolved?
