Capital Way starting near Jemca Toyota all the way to Asda

Reported via desktop in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 14:23, Thursday 12 March 2026

Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9095160.

The pavements surrounding the industrial estate accessed through Capital way are not wheelchair or pushchair friendly. Each entry point into Capital Industrial Park and into the opposing Capital Park has not got a drop in the curb, meaning pushchairs and wheelchairs must lift themselves or have a second person accompanying them to be able to cross these road. There are multiple surrounding this area. This has become a popular are with shopping outlets and a nursery so it effects a number of local community members, especially the elderly and those with kids.

Please renovate the ends of the each curb where a crossing exists so they drop to the road level for easy crossing or fill the points with tarmac allowing for easier ascent and descent.

Note: the pin only shows one example. There are at least 14 around the Capital Way industrial units/park that have the same problem being reported here.
