We have issue in the alley way behind 191,Sambal express, NW9 6LP due to continuous rain fall the area is flooded with rainwater. We have contacted Thames Water and they visited the alleyway area to investigate the flooding. After a thorough inspection they confirmed that this is a clean water line (blue line) and it belongs to local authority (Brent). Therefore they advised us to inform the local authority Brent council to clear the blocked manhole. As we are ready meal retailer and found very difficult and worried that our premises likely to be flooded and our food may get contaminated. The delivery vans parked in dirty flood waters and our staff tend to transfer items around stagnated water. Could you please look into this matter as an urgent issue to clear the blocked manhole to prevent flood water in the area and create easy access for our deliveries.
