Pavement tiles are cracked and all uneven probably due to tree and is a trip hazard for children and elderly. Been like this for months and getting worse

This problem has been received by our Highways Team. We plan to inspect within 10 days and provide an update.

This problem has now been inspected. Limited Council resources mean that it is not possible to repair each and every defect, and we have to prioritise cases that pose the most risk to the public so a further assessment by officers is required. We hope to make a decision on this repair within the next 14 days and provide a further update. If this defect is selected for repair, our contractor will have a further 28 days to carry out the work
