Children's toy dumped outside no. 43 Kingsway, HA9 7QP since the last 4 weeks.

Why hasn't the street cleaner or Brent rubbish pick-up truck pro-actively picked up this small items for disposal. when they are on this site???

Very frustrating that a resident has to report this.
