Neasden underpass, both carriageways

4 to 6 light columns are not lit on a dual carriageway for the last 6 months. This creates several risks. Large dark sections make it harder for drivers to see the road layout, lane markings, signs and cyclists. Additionally, there are pedestrians crossing this dual carriageway even when there not allowed in Neasden underpass which poses another risk. Plus there is a higher risk of collision and accident as there many potholes or sinking manhole covers in Neasden underpass which can't be seen in dark sections.

As the lights have been out for 6 months, even though with multiple reports, the council should be responsible for a claim in compensation if another incident was to occur.
