Rubbish has been accumulating in this area since Christmas and has taken on a roll-on effect where people are fly-tipping more when they see rubbish already being there. We recognise that this is mainly an issue for TfL as they own the premises but they should know be issued with a formal warning to take care of their property because it causes a mess and makes our street look horrible.
