Contract Operations are a complete let down. LC 62

Damaged plus does not work. Dangling, exposed, Dangerous

Tomorrow I will search for Kieron Condon and beg him to come back.

You really have let down your residents.

Ealing Council have a poor customer service but they fix LC’s within 24hrs. Amazing.

Brent fix them within 4 months.

I do not know a London borough with so many defected LC’s
