There is always rubbish, cans, food, all sorts of litter in there. I've also seen men urinating in the corner... I've never seen this space tidy and clean. The issue is that there are no public rubbish bins in the vicinity either. The closest one is The Highlands (Stop Y) bus stop, or Oak Gardens (Stop F) and that isn't enough. The litter is also dangerous to dogs, bottle caps, pieces of shredded aluminium cans (after grass cutting) or broken glass can seriously harm them.
