Hi,

I am writing to report an ongoing issue on Norton Road. The resident at 9A Norton Road has been placing a traffic cone on the public highway to block off a parking space outside their property.

This is preventing other residents from parking and is not allowed on a public road. The cone is being used to “reserve” a space, even though the street is unrestricted parking. I have attached photos showing the cone placed on the road.

Please can you arrange for someone to look into this and remove the cone, as it is causing inconvenience and is not permitted.
