On the pavement outside 48 Tewkesbury Gardens

Reported via mobile in the Street tree - Damaged / Dead category anonymously at 19:44, Sun 7 December 2025

Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8513959.

This tree located on the pavement outisde 48 Tewkesbury Gardens was reported to Brent Council on the 2nd October 2025 via telephone. You were notified that the tree was dieing/decaying with noticeable growth of mushrooms and to send someone out urgently to inspect the tree and clean the debris on the pavement from the tree. Brent Council failed to send someone to survey the tree even after warning of the risk of life and damages to nearby properties and vehicles. Today a larger part of the tree has broken off and fallen onto the surrounding area. To make matters worse, none of the street lighting is working on this part of Tewkesbury Gardens, (lighting posts marked between and including10-20), which means pedestrians might not even see the debris on the floor. The pictures attached explain and show everything Brent Council need to sort this mess out and have the tree removed completely before someone gets severely injured.
