Fly-tippers are repeatedly dumping domestic waste next to the tree on public land as you enter Ruby Road (on the right-hand side) from Eton Grove.

We have reported this before; it was cleared, but the rubbish was dumped again shortly afterwards.

Stronger enforcement is needed, and this location should be treated as a fly-tipping hot spot, as rogue perpetrator(s) may already be targeting it.
