Trees are now completely overgrown Council has not maintained for several years Trees have damaged my fence and neighbouring fences

Damage cost £2500

I have not claimed for damages given I have replaced an old fence but should the trees damage my fence in future I will have to recover the cost from the council

This is my receipt and formal notice

Please address the problem to avoid any further damage
