Parking bay outside 46 Liddell Gardens NW10 3QD

The skip in this parking bay has been there for a number of weeks without any visible activity taking place in or around the house being renovated that it belongs to. The skip is full but only partially covered, therefore passers by have been using it as a bin and putting their rubbish into it. As a result, the skip is now overflowing with rubbish which is falling onto the street and being blown across the road and pavement by the wind and rain. Much of this rubbish is unpleasant, such as dog poo bags, creating a hazard for other residents and road users.
