There are white large vans that park up and who don’t even live on the street and then at nighttime they flip all the whole contents of their back of the van. Waste needs to be checked to locate who is persistently flytipping on Vincent Gardens. It is disgusting they have the audacity to keep fly tipping nearly every day of each week.
