Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8483730.

Usual problem of bagged waste and other fly-tipped items dumped in and around the full communal bins. Please remove.

Also a lot of loose litter around as some bags have been torn apart by foxes. Please sweep.
