Overloaded bins and loose litter from the adjacent flats are causing a permanent health hazard and an obstruction on this footpath especially to partially sighted pedestrians or wheelchair users. Please take enforcement action against the appropriate residents. Thank you.

  • The bins remain on the pavement throughout the weeks and months causing an obstruction and eyesore for local residents. Please can the owners be instructed to take their bins off the footpath. Thank you.

  • The 6 bins from the adjacent flats continue to be parked on the public footpath throughout the weeks/ months since I first reported the matter. As well as being unsightly , these bins cause an obstruction to pedestrians especially partially sighted pedestrians and also to wheelchair users. Can appropriate action be taken urgently please to address this ongoing problem. Thank you.
