There is a manhole outside of the flat and until very recently (3months) everytime someone walks over the manhole it makes noise. My flat is located on the ground floor and it makes a loud noise. So you can imagine the disturbance everytime people walk over it. It would be more than appreciated this can be attended to as this has became a noise nuisance due to thudding sound it makes and it is very unnerving.
