Two overgrown trees on the edge of Willesden Bus Garage

Reported via desktop in the Street tree - Overgrown category anonymously at 13:49, Monday 10 November 2025

Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8399066.

Dear Brent Council, I am writing to raise an urgent safety concern regarding two trees located on the boundary of our bus garage. These trees have significantly overgrown and are now encroaching into the garage premises. As a result, they are obstructing the lighting within the garage, creating blind spots that have already contributed to collisions while parking buses at night. Additionally, the branches are making direct contact with our vehicles when parked against the wall. As the trees continue to grow, there is an increasing risk of damage to our fleet. Given the safety implications and potential for further incidents, we kindly request that these trees be cut back as a matter of urgency. Please let us know how soon this can be addressed.
