There are dead leaves which encourage dogs to mess in between. Pet Owners are not cleaning up after their dogs. I’ve put a sign on the street to urge owners to clean up after their dogs. The street is filthy. Littered with garbage, used bottles, dead leaves AND dog mess. We’re living in filth!
