We have informed BC online earlier in Oct, but no response, (see the attached confirmation screen shot). No leaves have been collected from our side of the road, whatsoever. The wet weather is now making it very difficult for may elderly parents to walk outside our home. There is no information on BC leaf collection sections of dates of when they will be collected. Like practically year BC has to be chased up a so that the leaves can be collected, it is rather shameful of Brents behalf.
