None of this is mine. The blue bag collection happened today (I was out) and I came back to this mess. Apparently they didn't collect all of the bags, only those of people who complained (I was one of them). So either this was the fault of the people who collected the bag or it was someone who dumped it in front of my house out of anger that my own bag was taken and theirs was not. Whoever did this is an absolute twat. To stress - none of this garbage is mine. If you can get hold of any cctv, please do. Please remove this. It's disgusting.
